In short
Conexia stores your dating profile in Supabase to show it to other people and calculate compatibility. Your messages are end-to-end encrypted: not even we can read them.
01Controller
The data controller is Lur Apps. You can contact us about any privacy matter at soporte.lur.apps@gmail.com.
02What data we process
- Account: email and password.
- Profile: name, date of birth, bio, gender, what you are looking for, personality tags and photos.
- Activity: likes and passes, matches, blind-mode answers, dilemmas and weekly challenges.
- A “values vector” calculated from your dilemma answers to measure compatibility.
- Chat messages, which we only store encrypted; your private key never leaves your phone.
- The push notification token and your public encryption key.
03What we use it for
- Show your profile to other users and suggest compatible people.
- Enable encrypted chat between matches.
- Generate AI icebreaker questions.
- Notify you of new matches and messages.
04Where it is stored
In Supabase (PostgreSQL database and photo storage). Your profile photos are visible to other users.

06Device permissions
- Photo library: to choose your profile photos.
- Notifications: to alert you to matches and messages.
07Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while you have an account; matches expire after 48 hours. If you ask us to delete your account, your profile, photos, activity and messages are erased.
08Children
Adults only (18+). We do not allow accounts for minors and will delete any we detect.
09Other notes
- The app is in development. This policy describes how it will work according to its current design and will be reviewed before public launch.
- Your gender and what you are looking for may reveal your sexual orientation, which is specially protected data. We only process it with your explicit consent, given by filling in those fields, and you can withdraw it by deleting them or your account.
- We do not collect your location.
10Your rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability.
- Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- We only process data on a legal basis: providing the service you request, your consent, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
- If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
To exercise your rights, email us at soporte.lur.apps@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, if you have one. We reply within one month.
11Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication with our servers, restrict access to data and store passwords hashed. We never sell your data or share it with third parties other than the providers listed, who only use it to provide their service to us.
12Changes to this policy
If we change how an app handles data, we will update its policy and revision date. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the app.
