In short
Generador de Voz is a desktop program that works locally: texts, audio and cloned voices stay on your computer. External connections only happen to download voice models or if you choose Google's online engine.
01Controller

02What data we process
- The texts and documents (TXT, PDF, EPUB) you convert, and the generated audio, subtitles and videos.
- The voice recordings you make with the microphone to clone a voice, and the resulting cloned voices.
- Conversation profiles and program preferences.
03What we use it for
- Generate speech from text and create cloned voices at your request.
04Where it is stored
In the program's folder on your computer. Voice cloning (XTTS) runs on your machine; recordings are never uploaded.

06Device permissions
- Microphone, only when recording a sample to clone a voice.
07Retention and deletion
Everything stays on your computer until you delete it. When uninstalling, the installer asks whether to keep or delete your voices and profiles.
08Children
The app does not collect personal data from anyone, so anyone can use it without us processing data about minors.
09Other notes
- Only clone your own voice or that of people who have consented. A voice is personal data and impersonating someone may be illegal.
- Cloning uses Coqui's XTTS-v2 model, subject to its own licence (Coqui Public Model License), which the program accepts when using it.
10Your rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability.
- Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- We only process data on a legal basis: providing the service you request, your consent, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
- If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
To exercise your rights, email us at soporte.lur.apps@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, if you have one. We reply within one month.
11Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication with our servers, restrict access to data and store passwords hashed. We never sell your data or share it with third parties other than the providers listed, who only use it to provide their service to us.
12Changes to this policy
If we change how an app handles data, we will update its policy and revision date. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the app.
