In short
Noticiapp shows you AI-summarized news and learns from what you read to personalize your feed. You can use it without an account, with an anonymous device identifier.

02What data we process
- An anonymous identifier generated for your device.
- If you create an optional account: your email.
- Your reading activity: articles opened, saved and favourited, and interactions.
- An interest profile calculated from that activity.
- The push notification token, if you enable notifications.
03What we use it for
- Show you news and summaries, and rank your feed by your interests.
- Sync your saved items across devices if you have an account.
- Send you news alerts if you allow it.
04Where it is stored
On Noticiapp's servers (PostgreSQL database) under our control.

06Device permissions
- Internet access.
- Notifications, if you choose to enable them.
07Retention and deletion
We keep your activity while you use the app or have an account. You can ask us to delete your account or the profile linked to your device and we will erase it with all its history.
08Children
It is not directed at children under 14. If you are under 14 you need consent from your parents or guardians. If we find an account belonging to a child under 14 without that consent, we will delete it.
09Other notes
- The app is in development. This policy describes how it will work according to its current design and will be reviewed before public launch.
- Feed personalization is a form of profiling based only on what you read in the app; it is not used for advertising and never sold.
10Your rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability.
- Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- We only process data on a legal basis: providing the service you request, your consent, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
- If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
To exercise your rights, email us at soporte.lur.apps@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, if you have one. We reply within one month.
11Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication with our servers, restrict access to data and store passwords hashed. We never sell your data or share it with third parties other than the providers listed, who only use it to provide their service to us.
12Changes to this policy
If we change how an app handles data, we will update its policy and revision date. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the app.
