In short
In YTMM you earn money watching ads and answering surveys. For that we need your account, your activity and, only when you withdraw, your payout details. Ads are served by Google AdMob after asking for your consent.
01Controller

02What data we process
- Account: email, internal ID, country and language.
- Optional profile: age, gender, city, education, income range and interests.
- Activity: ads watched, rewards, surveys answered and your answers, and wallet transactions.
- When withdrawing: your Stripe account, IBAN or Revolut account, or Bizum phone number.
- The device token for push notifications.
03What we use it for
- Manage your account, balance and withdrawals (performance of contract).
- Show you surveys suited to your profile (with your consent, which you can withdraw).
- Show rewarded ads and verify they were watched.
- Notify you of new surveys and rewards.
- Meet tax obligations and prevent fraud.
04Where it is stored
In our PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Sensitive profile data is stored encrypted. Surveys are our own: your answers are not shared with third parties in identifiable form.

06Device permissions

07Retention and deletion
Account and wallet data is kept while the account is active and then 5 years for tax obligations. Survey answers are anonymized after 2 years and ad history is deleted after 1 year. To delete your account, contact us.
08Children
You must be at least 13 to use YTMM. We will delete any accounts of children under 13 we detect. Payout methods may require you to be an adult.
09Your rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability.
- Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- We only process data on a legal basis: providing the service you request, your consent, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
- If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
To exercise your rights, email us at soporte.lur.apps@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, if you have one. We reply within one month.
10Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication with our servers, restrict access to data and store passwords hashed. We never sell your data or share it with third parties other than the providers listed, who only use it to provide their service to us.
11Changes to this policy
If we change how an app handles data, we will update its policy and revision date. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the app.
